How does the DATEV interface work?

We offer two convenient ways to transfer your accounting data. First, you can perform a cumulative export of all bookings, creating a single data package to send to your accountant. Second, you can use the DATEV booking data service, where your data is transferred manually or automatically directly into your DATEV software. The same data is transmitted in both cases, but with the DATEV booking data service, there’s no need for manual export and import.

Can I record internal and external receipts?

Yes, you can print internal receipts and securely store external receipts as digital images – keeping everything organized and accessible.

Can I use the cash journal without the checkout system?

No, the module can only be used in combination with the Gastronovi checkout system ([Link to checkout system module page]), meaning both modules must be booked together. The automated cash journal ensures that every cash transaction in the checkout system is recorded correctly, including process cancellations and other adjustments. This seamless integration guarantees a complete and legally compliant documentation of your cash flow. Integration with other checkout systems is not possible.
