Yes, new guest reservations can be entered quickly using a guided input process. Existing reservations can be adjusted at any time.
Can my guests modify their reservations?
In the reservation confirmation email, your guests have the option to cancel or reschedule their table reservation on their own. All changes are synchronized in real time with your reservation system to prevent double bookings.
Is the integration with Google really free?
Yes, the interface to Reserve with Google is free for Gastronovi customers. Additionally, Reserve with Google does not charge any commission fees, subscription fees, or other costs. You only need a Google Business Profile.
The standard software licensing fees for Gastronovi Table Reservation apply (annual license, monthly license, or success-based fee per mediated online reservation).

Is there a waitlist for guests who can’t get a table?
No, but during online reservations, the system automatically suggests alternative times when tables are available.
Can I create and manage table plans?
Yes, you can set up a graphical table plan and manage reservations based on table numbers. The table plan can be fully customized with different areas and a background floor plan to help your team navigate the space. When setting up tables, you can define the table number, shape, and number of seats.

Yes, you can add custom fields to collect this information. Please ensure that you only request data that is essential and complies with applicable data protection regulations.
