You can choose between a monthly or annual term. You can combine the modules flexibly. Some products can only be used in conjunction with other Gastronovi solutions, as they are extensions of existing functions.
Unless otherwise stated, the license costs apply per company. You can find all the details on contract terms and license periods in our terms and conditions for the software. Our general terms and conditions also apply.

The price scale of the fees is to be understood in such a way that each transaction is charged at the corresponding price level. If the next price level is reached, this only applies to the transactions that fall within the range of this price level.
¹ The conditions listed here correspond to the so-called acquirer fee in the Interchange++ model. In addition, further interchange and scheme fees are incurred in accordance with the conditions of the respective banks or system operators, over which Gastronovi has no influence, but which are transparently itemized in the statement and billed jointly in the Interchange++ model.
² When using these payment methods, interchange and scheme fees are already included (blended model).

The transaction fee in euros is charged in CHF at the current exchange rate when the monthly invoice is issued.

Further conditions for the software
Setup fees
- Success tariff: The success tariffs include a one-time account setup fee (provision of a gastronovi account incl. access data) of € 99 per module or extension.
- Merchandise management: The merchandise management extension requires a one-time start-up fee of €199. Included is coordination, testing, and consulting on the necessary preparations and processes for creating an individual merchandise management system in gastronovi Office.
- Multi-site business: The multi-site business module has a one-time setup fee of €249.
Cloud TSE
- 110,000 transactions per month/TSE per account included - regardless of the number of TSEs used; if these are used up, an additional 10,000 transactions will be automatically re-booked (max. 4x re-bookings/month, no additional charges apply for all transactions over 50,000/month).
Contract terms
- The minimum contract period for monthly and success tariffs is 3 months, after which the contract can be terminated monthly - with a notice period of 1 month.
- The annual tariff can be terminated with 1 month's notice before the contract expires.
- The weekly rate runs from Monday to Sunday, regardless of the booking day, and ends automatically on Sundays (zero o'clock).
- The module tariffs can be combined as desired (e.g. checkout system "annual tariff", table reservation "monthly tariff").
- Monthly and annual rates are automatically extended by the respective period booked, unless they have been cancelled in due time.
